Also do i sideload just update.zip and then recovery? Or can i place update.zip on my ext sdcard and flash it through twrp then use flashify to reinstall twrp?, if you guys could lend me a hand id highly appreciate it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, but im at a total loss with the instructions put in the tool when it says to install zip adb sideload. If this program isnt a joke, what am I doing wrong?
